I received an acceptance letter last night, I'm going to be published. An article I recently wrote, on the growing epidemic of young suicides, is going to be published in World Audience Magazine.
I'm excited about getting published. Being "in this field" for less than a year, I tend to feel a little shy about writing. Anyway, aside from being excited about being published, I am excited at the thought that someone who needs the help may read my magazine and find an outlet in one of the sources I have listed. If my article helps to save one life then that is the greatest accomplishment I could imagine.
